Yes. Students who would like to try a class may participate on a drop-in basis when space is available. The first class requires payment of the annual registration fee only. Additional drop-in classes are $25 per class. Please contact the school before attending so we can help select the appropriate class.
Can my child take more than one class?
Absolutely. Students may enroll in multiple classes, and we encourage students to take at least two classes per week when possible to support consistent skill development and progress.
Can my child switch or add classes after registration?
Students may switch or add classes through October 10, 2026, provided space is available and the class is appropriate for their level. Changes after that date require approval from the Artistic Director.

How do I know which class is right for my child?
Class placement is based on a student's age, experience, skill level, and readiness. Students may remain in a level for several years as they continue to develop. Our instructors and Artistic Director will help determine the placement that best supports each dancer.
How much are classes and what payment options are available?
Tuition varies according to the number of classes taken each week. Families may choose from monthly, installment, and annual payment options. Visit our Tuition & Payment Information page for current rates, discounts, and payment dates.
Payments may be made by check payable to Caribbean Dance Company, cash, Zelle at caribbeandanceschool@gmail.com, or online through the payment link on our website.
Do you offer discounts or scholarships?
A 20% tuition discount is available for eligible sibling/family enrollments. Additional tuition incentives may also apply to certain students and class combinations. Scholarship assistance is dependent upon available funding and is not guaranteed; families may contact the office to ask whether assistance is currently available.
Are there additional costs beyond tuition?
Depending on a student's classes and performance participation, additional expenses may include required dancewear and shoes, showcase costumes, and performance-related fees. Families will receive advance notice of applicable costs and payment deadlines.
What should my child wear to class, and where do I purchase dancewear?
Each class has specific attire and shoe requirements. Please review our Dress Code & Class Attire Guide before purchasing dance shoes. Click here to view the guide.
Certain required shoes are ordered through Caribbean Dance School to ensure consistency in style and color. Other dancewear may be purchased independently as long as it meets CDS dress-code requirements.
